Members of the Sales, Studio and Despatch teams are undertaking a wide range of vocational courses from NVQ Level 2 covering a full range of Customer Service training. Subjects such as correct use of language when dealing with customers, writing really polite emails, and customer support lead times are covered.
Jeannette Jones comments for the team
We are enjoying the Customer Service training sessions, and I think we’re seeing some real progress happening here in terms of corresponding with clients and perhaps recognition in some areas that we’ve already been doing well in. Putting this down on paper and getting a mark for it is really achieving great results for the overall team.
I’d say the team are strongly motivated to support customers from the moment they ring or arrive and we’re seeing a follow through to despatch and aftersales support, engendering a fantastic experience to our whole customer base.
